TOUR OF CASA DEL HERRERO
Harvard Club of Santa Barbara has been offered a complimentary, private tour for our members/alum at Casa del Herrero, a historic home and museum on East Valley Road. The house was designed by George Washington Smith, one of the most noted architects in Santa Barbara. The Casa is one of the finest standing examples of Spanish Colonial Revival Architecture in America. It is included on the National Register of Historic Places and has National Historic Landmark status. It was built for industrialist George Fox Steedman, an 1892 graduate of Harvard. The tour can accommodate 12 people. Registration deadline is June 6th.
