Our 37-member team of volunteer alumni/ae conducted 140 interviews for admission to the Harvard College Class of 2023. Eight area students have been admitted and another eighteen are waitlisted.
Three of the eight admittees attend Thacher School in Ojai. Two others attend Cate School in Carpinteria. Three attend Mission College Prep in San Luis Obispo; Santa Barbara High School and San Marcos High School (in Santa Barbara).
On April 13, 2019, interviewers Rhonda and Matt Gordon (both AB '92) hosted a festive and well-attended reception, sponsored by the Harvard Club of Santa Barbara, for the admittees and their families.
